Terms and Conditions

1. Osmosis Designs
1.1. All our designs are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items with others of the same or greater value without notice. However if we are unable to supply the design ordered we will try and contact you to offer a suitable alternative.
1.2. Some flowers/plants may be harmful/poisonous if consumed. Please ensure you take the necessary care.

2. Prices
2.1.All prices stated are correct at time of publishing. Prices do include VAT and delivery Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is £12.50. Orders to certain postcodes may incur additional charges, please quote postcode for exact delivery charge.

3. Order and Payments
3.1.Please ensure you filled in/ provided us with the following details:
- your full name, address & telephone number
- name, address (including postcode) & telephone number if possible for the recipient & any special delivery instructions
- your credit card details including expiry date and security code
- choice of design and vase if applicable
- date of delivery & gift card message to be included
- we accept MasterCard/Visa/Amex/switch
3.2.Once you have submitted your form we will respond to your email address or telephone number to confirm the details of your order.
3.3. Our order lines are open 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you are contacting us outside these hours we will respond to your messages the next working day.

4. Delivery
4.1.Our nationwide delivery is available through a network of couriers delivering the next day. Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands are unfortunately not included. Orders received by 3 p.m. can be delivered the next day (except certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands).
Orders for Monday must be placed by 3pm the previous Friday. Saturday delivery is £12.50
4.2. Local deliveries may be available for the same day if ordered by 12pm, please call for details.
4.3.Order deadlines may vary from time to time, especially prior to Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas and New Year.
4.4.We are unable to offer a Sunday or Bank Holiday Service.
4.5. Incorrect details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure we have all the correct details for the recipient as well as contact number for yourself during the day.
4.6. In the event of a non-delivery due to insufficient or wrong information from you we will attempt redelivery the following day (within the same area).
In the unlikely event of a non-delivery due to our mistake, we will send the design out at the next possible day and include a goodwill gesture from ourselves or offer a discount on future orders.

5. Changes & Cancellation
5.1.Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 12 noon until the day prior to delivery

7. Complaints
7.1.Please note due to the nature of the perishable nature of our products we require complaints within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

8. Disclaimer
8.1.We do attempt to ensure that our website and systems are fully operational at all times, but accept no responsibility for any disruption of our service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality
9.1.We will not share any information submitted to us via the website with any third party.
